If you are testing with mobile money, make sure that the charge amount is sufficient enough on your mobile money wallet. We recommend that if you are testing, you create an item on your store with a small price that your mobile money wallet can afford to pay.
Make sure that you have the payment method you are trying to use enabled under your merchant account. You would need to contact [email protected] for clarification.

If you are trying to test with cards and you get an error whereby you do not even get the chance to enter card details anywhere, chances are that the card method is not enabled on your merchant account. You would need to contact [email protected] for clarification or to enable it.
